Made-to-order production
Most WSA items are made-to-order. That means your order is produced after you check out, then shipped.
Processing / fulfillment time

Typical fulfillment time: 5–7 business days
- Fulfilled by Printful. Standard shipping 7-14 business days. International shipping available. Tracking provided for all orders.

Fulfillment time may be longer during peak seasons, major soccer events, holidays, or due to carrier delays or weather delays.
Shipping time (after fulfillment)
Shipping time starts after your item is produced and handed off to the carrier.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.
Split shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately (for example, if items are produced in different facilities). If that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking details when available.
Incorrect address / undeliverable packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is marked undeliverable, we may be able to reship it. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country.

These fees are not included in your order total (unless explicitly stated at checkout).

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
Carrier delays can happen, especially during peak periods.

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier office.

If your package appears lost or hasn’t moved in tracking for an extended period, contact us with your order number and we’ll help you file a carrier claim when applicable.
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of:

The packaging (box/mailer and label)
We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Order changes & cancellations
Because items enter production quickly, we may not be able to change or cancel an order once it has started processing.
If you need to update something, contact us ASAP with your order number and request—we’ll do our best to help.
